Reference Point has been developing competence management systems for well over a decade.

Our current solutions are all scalable, web-based systems, tailored to client requirements. They are used to monitor individual competence at whatever level of detail is required and can easily be kept up-to-date at all times.

Individual information such as employment history, competence, all training and qualifications can be stored and accessed as easily on site as at Head Office. Progress through qualifications, such as NVQs, can also be tracked and monitored on the same system if required.

Smart Cards can be offered as part of the solution, allowing individuals to carry information that can be used to ensure compliance with both legislative and organisational requirements.

Through use of our on-line solutions, clients may look to link this to site access and other security procedures, restricting access to individuals who are approved and competent. Equally, others may look to Reference Point to combine competence management and training with attendance monitoring, which in turn can be exported to payroll and personnel systems.
