Easi-Quest is Reference Point’s own powerful software designed specifically for enabling the creation, data entry and analysis of questionnaires and surveys.

This version of Easi-Quest is unique – and comprises additional bespoke modules, including specific statistical analysis – having been carefully modified to meet the client’s specific consumer research requirements.

The client was spending large sums annually on external market research agencies and was keen to explore the possibility of managing more of the process in-house.

Reference Point was approached to provide a survey tool in order to measure both the client’s representation, and also to obtain member feedback about the Union and its effectiveness.

Reference Point was appointed to develop a single custom-built system that would manage all learning, induction, and training activities for thousands of construction staff.

Initial bespoke development to the Easi-Quest standard product enabled the client to develop and host its own surveys online with the organisation’s own branding.

An online survey allows respondents to access and complete the survey from anywhere in the UK as well as abroad.

Along with its simplicity, a key benefit of QMOL is that the questionnaires are all linked to OFSTED’s Common Inspection Framework; result data can be used to inform our client of their own progress in line with the framework, or any issues that affect their training programmes.

Result data can also be incorporated for reporting to OFSTED whilst undergoing inspection.

Our client first purchased software from us for tracking candidates’ progress towards completion of their qualifications in 1995.

Since then the system has been completely redeveloped, to move it from a DOS operating environment to Windows, as well as being updated numerous times. It is now used for tracking NVQs throughout the department, including management and front line staff.
