The client is one of the UK’s largest Police forces.

the requirement

Our client first purchased Easi-Quest software for conducting surveys in 2003. They required a software package that would enable them to survey staff members and the public effectively, providing response data quickly and efficiently.

the solution

Easi-Quest enables them to produce their own questionnaires for respondents to complete online via a web browser, or as a paper form. A key requirement for our client was that Easi-Quest would provide them with a facility to link questionnaires to an e-learning website for respondents to complete feedback questionnaires online at the end of their e-learning programmes. It has provided an effective way of gathering valuable feedback and comments regarding their training provision.

A key benefit of the software is that the response data is available in the form of graphs and text reports at the click of a button without undertaking hours of number crunching. This has provided the means to gather data from multiple questionnaires and to compare results across different areas, regions, courses and programmes.
